SOURCE. Leucocytes of Purulent Human Sputum.

SPECIFICATIONS.
Highly purified, using ion exchange and gel diffusion chromatography.
Lyophilized, salt-free, soluble powder.
Store at 5° C. Stable 2 years.
Free of elastase, MPO and cathepsin G.
Purity greater than 98% by PAGE and gel filtration.
MW ca. 15,500 by PAGE.
Greater than 80,000 units per mg of protein.
One unit will decrease the turbidity of a micrococcus lysodeikticus suspension by 0.001 per minute at 450 nm, pH 7.5 and 25° C.
