Acid soluble from human skin. Prepared by modifications of Trelstad, R.L., et. al., Anal. Biochem. Vol 71, 114-118 (1976).
Salt-free, lyophilized. Soluble in 0.01 M HAc and acidic buffers; maximum 5 mg/ml. Purity approximately 90% in 5%SDS-PAGE.
